About Us
For more than 45 years Ron and his mother Ruth (passed in 2007) have been supporting the pursuit of health with knowledge, personal attention and the very best products at competitive prices.
After learning everything his mother had to teach him, Ron opened his first store in Houston in 1976 and has continued to provide the knowledge she taught him to his customers for more than 33 years. As a young child, Ron suffered from asthma. His family doctor recommended that his mother go to a health food store and begin a vitamin regimen. That was the beginning of the long study of health solutions for themselves and others.
One of Ron's commitments is to help families with autistic children and those with celiac disease by providing a wide range of gluten-free foods at competitive prices. |
